Introducing the “STICK.” Brand

A new banner to fly multiple blogs beneath.

Summer is coming.

As a student in college this means I better find a way to pass the time that isn’t complete leisure. 

I’m far more serious-minded and poverty-stricken to cool off in Cancun with the rest of my fellows.

But I am willing to become more acquainted with my fiction, essays, and reviews.

So here is what is going to happen. 

Stick Fist will branch off into a brand of blogs known as “The Sticks”.

For my fiction ideas will live exclusively on stickfist.wordpress.com, and I will separate this art from my serious endeavor to respond to the news of the day in a second blog that will also be the home of my film reviews, character studies, and feature stories. 

The second blog will be found at stickgraf.wordpress.com, (graf is journalist jargon for paragraph). Here I will showcase my journalism research and opinion without an editor beyond myself.

Last but not least, David Sedaris has made such an impression upon me that I have been aching to keep a regular blog concerning personal essays, whether they are humorous or not. Although the premise for those pieces surrounds whether or not I am amused personally by events that occur in my own life.

That third blog will be found at stickledger.wordpress.com, and this transition post will be the first post on the two new sites as well as a notification post for STICK FIST.

I cannot understate how big a jump this is from one blog to three, but I have nothing but the drive to write unto my heart’s content.

Content will arrive irregularly, so I got the free version of each domain so I can update as I please, and give my best when a new story, review, or update arrives worthy of producing.

The Stick brand will live as long as I breathe life into it.

For this is the start of something new for the multitalented writer who has given his life to the art.

It is my honor and hope that you will be there for every tale, opinion, and anecdote. For without a reader the story only lives on the page.
