Dear fallen heroes of the United States Armed Forces,

Thank you for the Liberty.

Thank you for soft green mornings

For daydreams uninterrupted

Thank you for American birdsong

And the parade of fashion’s angels

I would thank you for peaceful classrooms

But that’s up to us

And should never have been up to you

I can thank you for your protection

For your sacrifice every mission

I can thank you for being an asset

To to your team, and to your nation

Thank you for the Liberty

For protecting our families

With honor

And with distinction

We will never forget you

We will always remember you

As long as we have the skill

And the strength you have shown us

The names.

The faithful.

The fallen.
